Hand-over Cleaning - The property will be thoroughly cleaned prior to the arrival of new guests.

One-off and Spring Cleaning -  An in-depth clean which involves cleaning every possible area of your property including windows, internal & external all doors, sills, skirting, kitchen units inside and out, all crockery and cutlery, deep oven cleans/carbon removal

Linen Service - Beds made up with freshly laundered linen and fresh towels placed in your holiday home for you or your guests� arrival.

Maid Service - A maid service can be arranged at convenient times, as many times a week as you require. /p>

Check-in & Check-out - Upon your guests arrival we will meet them and escort them to their accommodation making sure that they are familiar with appliances, locks, alarms etc. When they leave we will inspect the property and lock-up.

Welcome Grocery Pack -  A grocery pack can be pre ordered. Anything from a complete shopping package to a basic arrival pack can be delivered in advance.

Key Holder Service - We will act as your official key holder.

Inventories - We can compile a full and comprehensive inventory of your property.

Regular Inspections - We can carry out regular inspections on your property and report back with our findings.

Emergency Call Outs - In the event of an emergency we will be on call at all times

Mail Collection - Your mail will be collected and forwarded on to you at regular intervals.

Swimming Pool Maintenance - Weekly pool cleaning service chemicals included.

Odd Jobs & Decorating - We can arrange for general maintenance and any redecoration of your holiday home.

Car Hire - We can arrange for a car for you or your guests. It can be delivered to the airport ready for your arrival or waiting for you at your accommodation.

Airport Pick-up Service - We can arrange for you or your guests to be picked up from the Airport and chauffeur driven to your holiday home
