Empty Property Package
- Four visits per month
- Check contents against inventory
- Perform a visual inspection of the interior and exterior
- Thoroughly air the rooms
- Check for pest or vermin activity and take necessary remedial
action.
- Test all appliances and equipment
- Examine furniture and fittings for signs of wear & tear.
- Check sanitary equipment and plumbing.
- Ensure that any security equipment is functional.
- Water house and terrace plants, tidy up any litter etc.
- We will act as your official key holder and will be available at all times in the event of an emergency.
We will contact you to advise of any problems and will give you a regular report on the status of your property and any recommendations that we feel may be necessary.
Additional services can be added to this package such as maid service, spring-cleaning, airport pick up etc.
