Villa Irini has a blue colour scheme and consists of an open plan kitchen/living area. The kitchen is very well equipped with a dishwasher, full cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, juice machine, toaster and plenty of good quality glassware and crockery.

The following items are also in the kitchen/living area:-

Dining table and 4 chairs, settee, 2 easy chairs, a large coffee table, lamps, 20' colour TV, DVD player, CD player with radio, books, games and 2 pay as you go mobile phones.

Bedroom 1 has two single beds (one soft mattress and one hard mattress) with a fitted double wardrobe and drawers. Air conditioning unit, mosquito nets and reading lights above the bed. Patio doors lead to the front balcony.

Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed with double wardrobe, air conditioning unit, mosquito net, wall lights, full length mirror and pictures. Patio doors lead to a side balcony with a small table and 2 chairs.

The bathroom has a full shower unit, wall mounted cupboard, toilet, wash basin and washing machine.
