Villa Maria has a gold colour scheme and consists of an open plan kitchen/living area. The kitchen is very well equipped with a dishwasher, full cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, juice machine, toaster and plenty of good quality glassware and crockery.
The following items are also in the kitchen/living area:-
Dining table
and 4 chairs, double bed settee, 2 easy chairs, a large coffee
table, lamps, 20' colour TV, DVD player, CD player with radio, books
and games.
Bedroom 1 has two single beds with a fitted double wardrobe and
drawers. Air conditioning unit, mosquito nets and reading lights
above the bed. Patio doors lead to the front balcony.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed with double wardrobe, air conditioning
unit, mosquito net, wall lights, full length mirror and pictures.
Patio doors lead to a side balcony with a small table and 2 chairs.
The bathroom has a full shower unit, wall mounted cupboard, toilet, wash basin and washing machine.
