Consists of three pretty little villas set amongst lovely gardens, in a beautiful olive grove. Our luxury villas are secluded enough for those seeking a relaxing break and close enough to nearby Chania to satisfy those looking for a little more excitement. See our Google map page.
Set in mature gardens surrounding the pool, our villas are very well furnished, each has two bedrooms with air-conditioning. The villas are available for rent as single units or for group bookings - as the site is perfect for an extended family holiday or a large group of friends.
Our site is walled and gated, the view to the front of the villas is of the White Mountains (Lefka Ori) and the view to the rear is Stavros Mountain. It is a lovely relaxing spot reached from the village by a country lane with olive trees lining the route.
In March and April the scenery is at it's most beautiful, as all the shrubs burst into colour and there is a vast array of wild flowers, poppies, orchids, lilies etc. Perfect for walkers as the sights and smells are divine.
The beautiful, shallow bay of Tersanas is situated approximately 1km away and is very popular with visiting families, also the famous Stavros beach is a mere 5 minute drive. Kalathas and Blue beach can also be found close by.

Notes on accommodation
The villas are fitted to a high standard and have the following extras: A dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, full oven and hob, TV, DVD, CD, wall safe, hairdryer, iron and board and beach towels. Satellite TV is installed and for 2011 each villa has 2 mobile phones, credit for them can be purchased for as little as €5 at the village supermarket. Baby gates can be supplied and when fitted make it very difficult for small children to 'escape' as all of the other doors lead onto closed balconies. Cots and highchairs are also available. Our site is walled and gated making it a safe place for children. Perfect for either couples or family holidays. Our villas are an ideal base for walking holidays.
Accessibility
Our site is on one level and the villas are of a bungalow type construction. Suitable for people with mobility problems but pool access could be a problem although we do have a flight of concrete steps into the pool. There is a ramp from one of the villas onto the path nearest to the car park.
Outside
The villas have a large covered terrace at the front with a table and four chairs overlooking our lovely gardens and swimming pool. The pool measures 8m x 10m and has 3 sets of steps, two metal and one concrete there is a walled shallow end 1 metre deep and the main pool slopes from 1.1m to 1.75m. Sun beds, umbrellas and small tables surround the pool. There are two large communal stone BBQ areas, one with a covered pergola with wooden furniture and cushions. The site is very peaceful and has a lovely view of the mountains which are covered in snow until early May.

Chorafakia village 3 minutes by car. Kounipediana town 10 minutes by car. Chania city 15 - 20 minutes by car. Monasteries close by, 10 - 20 minute drive. Archaelogical sites from 40 minutes - 2 hours by car. Water Park 25 minutes by car. Athens - 45 minutes by plane - see Aegean and Olympic Airways
Further details
If required we offer our guests a quick tour around the immediate area either on arrival or the following morning. We point out the closest restaurants, banks and shops and it helps newcomers to settle in a little quicker. We meet & greet our guests arriving at Chania airport and are available to either transport them to the villas or for general assistance with sorting their hire car paperwork etc. For our guests arriving from Heraklion we can arrange to meet when they exit the National Road at Chania/Souda to guide them to the villas.
